I'll chime in on this topic with some first hand experience. I mentioned elsewhere I have/had a primo plan and I, was very happy but I received one of those notices a bit ago that I will be cancelled as of jan 1 2014.

So count me as one who said long ago. When the time comes many will be a casualties of those insurers who drop the individual plans. I understood the you can have your doctor, etc etc was a disingenuous.

A friend who also had a primo plan but with a different insurer is also cancelled as of Jan 1.

But here's the bigger issue. many will not get the care they use to get. The numbers just don't support such.

Oh well.

I think the entire care health insurance industry is going to collapse, that's going to do some serious damage to the economy... an estimated 93 million people are going to lose their individual health insurance coverage because of that maggot in the White House...
The US already has a significant shortage of doctors and other health professionals. President Maggot's blind and dumb followers love him and his health care plan, but they do not realize that Omaggot-care is not health care, it is health insurance, which does not guarantee anyone access to quality and timely healthcare.

So... similar to other country's government-run health care insurance plans, most patients will have to wait in long lines, and wait long times to see a doctor, who is only going to have a few minutes to evaluate their health care needs.

The irony in this, for the Democrats, is that Omaggot-care should result in inferior health care, resulting in a higher death rates among Democrat/progressive patients, which could help the GOP in future elections.

It really looks like its adding enormous cost to taxpayers by cancelling policies and replacing them with more expensive policies (eg replace very high deductible low cost policy with low deductible high cost policy) Govt claims that cost increase may not be that large as a result of subsidies - guess who pays for the subsidies.
