Shiller's housing index is an excellent reference point. But I am very skeptical of anyone who says we'll "never see another" whatever in my lifetime. Bubbles are a fact of life. With the Fed involved, bubbles are becoming a heck of a lot more frequent. The probabilities favor that we will see another housing bubble in our lifetimes. You'd be a fool to think we wouldn't.

Do you understand the nature of bubbles? I don't really think you do. But just as an aside............the real reason the Great Recession was so severe is not because there was a bubble in housing prices. It was because your 'Austrian' president did not believe that there was any value to governing............and Wall Street, the banks and the real estate industry all knew it. So they behaved as if no one was watching...........and they were right. It was your so called 'free markets' running amok. Its why institutions like the Fed were created in the first place..........because the private sector can't be trusted to do the right thing when left to their own devices.

So then........your cohort pretty much caused the Great Recession and now in your devout stupidity you are trying to prevent the recovery. My suggestion: get a hobby like your ex president. You might be good at it. ;)
