That is an incredibly stupid post. You claim Obamacare can be fixed with money, but have no idea how that could be achieved. I say there is nothing that money can fix. When you dream something up, please post it.

Better to scrap it and start over... Wait until we hear that's the plan, dems are going to look like idiots for dropping $600M on vaporware. They are using Oracles Waterfall process, % of success close to zero if you knew anything about developing a system.
