There is no longer any significance to Dec. 19.

LOL..that's brave of you to feel that way...Perhaps COMS will be at $50 by then. It will be interesting at any rate, and I plan on listening to the conference call (if indeed there is one).

True, there will be no significant negative earnings suprises. COMS made their pre-annoucement AFTER the Q was over so unless they have totally incompetent accountants they probably knew exactly what # guidance to give to the analysts.

The fun will be listening to the conference call. Plenty of analysts are going to ask very specific questions about the business. COMS shouldn't be able to hide anything. If there are margin pressures or slowing sales across a wide range of products you can bet analysts will get to the bottom of it. Stuff like DSO and book to bill will probably be brought up.
