You are failing to account for how it plays out. Pay attention to the "winner" stories you here in the press. They are winners only because they are net consumers, and are getting subsidies. When the system gets loaded with them, its on a price spiral trendmill. That will become apparent for those who aren't thinking things through, in a couple of months. It will be unavoidably apparent in Nov 2014 as the price increases for everyone's insurance in 2014 becomes clearer. There is nothing significant that Obama has done to contain costs, and some very significant things he has put in place to drive costs upward. So the result is quite predictable.
