This gives me the sneaky feeling that there is something going on that we don't know about yet. You're suggesting that perhaps Eric Benhamou would try to slip something past you? Come on, these guys are always up front about everything, just as soon as they know about it. I mean, the inventory levels looked fine on Sept 26th; they must have been fine, otherwise we wouldn't have been told "the merger is on track to our expectations"....right? -G-

They may be able to hold preliminary discussions but nothing close to being finalized. I did a little digging and discovered that CSCC executives were selling plenty of shares before their announcement with ASND so there goes that theory.
