Hello, did you notice the fairness opinion of DMG doesn't say much. And the Amati words stated twice in all CAPs, "STOCKHOLDERS ARE URGED TO READ SUCH OPINION IN ITS ENTIRETY." Why? They didn't even consider the technology, they said. Do you think Dr. John is tendering his 1,617,978 shares? (I don't think so). Desenting in Colorado, John
