You are wrong on 2 accounts:

Firstly, through out history, Christians have used Christianity as an excuse to rape, pillage, and murder others. Be it their "burden" to spread Christianity to Africa through slavery, or to pillage South American gold and silver again to spread Christianity, or to excuse the most savage acts again in the name of religion. You are highly mistaken if you think religion played no role in the French massacre of over 500,000 Vietnamese or in the US war crimes against the Japanese. Even the Iraq wars (yes, plural) were advertised in many parts of the US as a religious conflict. The only time Christians have given the world a break is when they have been busy killing each other. And you cannot disprove this any shape or form, so you claim the Christians who did those things were not motivated by religion, but clearly many of them were. Google this thread see how Cobalt Blue (now Elaine or something) defended "conversion by sword". I don't recall you or any other conservative call her up on that crap.

Secondly, you are very much mistaken in attributing everything that some Muslim does to Islam. I've simply applied your own way of thinking to Christians. You just don't like it when you are treated as you like to treat others...that's all.
