I also use AdBlock Plus with Firefox in my notebook. You're right, it works like a charm. The iOS app is different though. It's a browser in it's own right. There's no user input. It just blocks what it thinks are ads, pop-ups, etc. It does block the ads here and some of the ads on other sites. It doesn't sense the drop down menus, etc. are ads so they aren't blocked. BUT the page loads have speeded up considerably and that's what really matters to me. Thanks for the tip!
