A month and a day later, here's an update. After submitting to SI Dmitry on 11-1 my 1997 $75 payment data, I've received no response from SI Dmitry and I remain wrongly classified as 'Veteran'. It's disappointing to me, as I suspect it is for many other early paid joiners who have been reclassified improperly as 'Veteran', that SI has chosen thus far not to keep its pledge that it will honor agreements that earlier owners had made with its members.

[My message dated 11-2-13]:

Yesterday I contacted SI about my 1997 issue and was told they had no records, although my profile clearly states the 1997 date I joined. I gave SI my $75 payment data from 1997 and asked to be reinstated to my proper designation, 'Paid Lifetime Member'. I will update as this situation proceeds.
