Wow! again! Fredrick, I have been saying many of the same things that you said in this post ... for the past 6 months. I'm just a bit worried about when the Novell 'sales' folk are going to turn all of this great opportunity into money in the Bank.

If they wait very much longer the customers will send their money to MSFT instead of waiting for the Novell contract.

It seems to me that they've been building up for this opportunity for the last 3 quarters, and deliberately holding off the 'top line' revenue until after YE '97 ... it's past the time they should be agressively selling their products now. The longer they wait, the more customers that MSFT will try to get locked up ... even if MSFT can't deliver for several more years ... if the customer has already commited his/her budget, the Novell sales people will have a very difficult time getting sales from people that have already 'decided' to go with NT server ... even if they can be shown that Novell's products can do what they need much sooner than MSFT's (and probably cheaper too).

Have you got any 'stories' about actual orders being signed ... invoices for Novell products being sent out? Or are we still in 'demo mode'?

When does the selling, and collecting money start for real? ... We should be rolling in money in about 2 more quarters, but someone needs to 'close' lots of orders real soon to make that happen.
