Now I get all the ads loaded into each page. And, surprisingly, I'm finding the ones at the top and bottom of the page to be tolerable. It's the ones in the middle of pages that are the most bothersome. I completely agree, the top and bottom ads are tolerable even though they still slow down the load times. However, I really do not like the drop down menus and the only way to turn them off is to use Adblock, so I will continue to use Adblock until I find some other way to turn off the drop down menus. Even a paid membership does not offer that option. Silicon Investor is still my favorite web site and I do want to see them survive. I just hope that they can tweak the site to correct some of the objections that have arisen in the past few months. ---- The following comment should probably be posted on one of the joke / laughter threads.
