David,

Thanks for the advice...we'll see if 20 holds tomorrow - with the high volume of Dec20p traded, short term I think there will be a lot of selling pressure. Charts look absolutely terrible. Good luck.

Christopher

We have seen many negatives come out:

-4Q and yearly losses (no surprise but new news)
-further additions to reserves (new news)
-increased spending on Medicare and possible restructuring of program (new news)
-NY investigation
-Class action suits (not the end of the world but can't ignore 'em)
-negative articles in NY Times (and elsewhere)
-apparent lack of confidence in management by Wall Street

This is not a comprehensive list. I will be open about my strategy: I think that there are good reasons for this stock to continue to fall and as it does I will be buying. I am already a holder.

My reasons:
-The first two items are temporary corrective measures and I invest for >1yr.
-The Medicare item is a substantial concern but it is possibly already priced into the stock (I'm working on the analysis - kinda new at it<g>)
-I believe a temporary selling hysteria is underway due to the recent articles about the OXHP situation. This is my honest opinion (I'm writing it out to emphasize the point) and only a gut feeling. Back in April most technology and communications stocks dipped to irrational levels and have since rebounded - I am only trying to sense when this stock will be hit with enough negative publicity that it falls to those irrational levels.
-It is also my belief that almost all fast growing companies hit a major stumble at a critical mass. This is no small mistake but is it a back-breaker?

Please, any comments about irrational lows or additional negatives are welcome.

Thanks,
John
