That is utterly absurd. 1. Plenty of pre-existing conditions occur during childhood. Or are genetic. 2. If you get a pre-existing condition while working at a job that offers insurance, you may be locked into that job. Or at least into working for another company that offers insurance. 3. Guess what, this isn't the first time that insurance companies have dropped policies. And dropped policies of people with pre-existing conditions. Or dropped policies of people who get sick while they are insured... for whatever reason they can find. 4.
