Have to wonder what the overhead costs are for this place Other than Dmitri, and the electric bill, what are the recurring costs Seems to me the value of the site is the Good will, which is basically the participant base So how do you cover that The ads are an option Subscription fees would be another, but they took this on with so many grandfathered members, and I assume a condition of the sale would have been a codicil to acknowledge those relationships ..I see his problem And agree that the answer is to grow the site with new blood with no commitments And that will rely on maintaining the site quality, interface and content It is a juggling act Why to be effective, it really does need to be a non-profit
