David, Steve's not the one you have to worry about. He owns exactly 101,000 shares. He's not in it for the equity but for the cash ... salary + bonus last year (admittedly a lot of this was bonus related to 1997 and prior years) was $3.3 million. No wonder he doesn't get too excited. Now JR on the other hand .....
