JF:You're right on all counts. Guess you haven't experienced a bitter wife.

John: Your right about the 5%, also about the poor judgement if it is her that is selling. But, thats what happens when there is a bitter divorce. My wife used to work for a high profile divorce attorney, the stories are pretty bad. The hurt party usually does anything possible to get back at the other, even tries to distroy the business. I wouldn't put it passed her to dump the stock, get that X out of her mind, who cares about tax.

John, if it isn't her who is it? Systematicaly 30,000 to 50,000 blocks are being dumped throughout the day, for 10 days. Pension plan administrators don't invest in Nextel, Mutual Fund administrators don't invest in Nextel, Financial advisors don't advise Nextel. No, the only ones that I can think of are Motorola, X wife, Pittencrief shareholders. The middle one is the culprit.

I agree, good buyin place for us. I couldn't resist, I feel so guilty buying at 23 and change. But, I ain't sellen for nobody(slang), I'm gonna get rich!

To John Dowd - I think the document you're referring to was the 13-D filed by Wendy McCaw. This is not a "registration statement" but a statement of ownershio. I don't know if she has to file a "transcations and intentions" report as some insiders do or if she even fits the definition of needing to file anything ither than 13-D.

Also, I don't know if her shares are already "registered". Been meaning to call IR about it. Maybe I'll be able to do it today.

Anyway, I don't think her selling was already reflected in the stock before this most recent decline. I have not seen anything really confirming she is selling. Does anyone know more than rumor?

More later.
