Linda. Thanks for the hints. I've done some refinishing in the past. This time I wanted to spare myself either stripping or using Formby's or the like and was put on to Finish Feeder. Found it at Ace Hdwe. It's a nice product for cleaning, adding a little shine, and deepening patina maybe, but it's no magic elixir like the ones you see on TV. Now I'm going to have to be on the lookout for one of those commercials. I remember VIVUS well as you know. But, in our defense, who knew a darn drug that does the same thing I guess was getting ready to stiff us. Maybe we should have. I have no similar excuse with ORCL. I knew I was playing with fire with it (and AMAT for that matter) but was guessing the Asian effect wouldn't show up for another qtr or two. With my favorite despot potentially messing up oils, with the Asia mess, with the strong dollar, and with small caps still being coy, my thoughts are leading me toward coal (ZEI?), communications (WCOM?), retailers (PFT?) & Financials (?). Need to spend about 4 days doing some solid research like I used to. It doesn't guarantee success but it does perhaps reduce those nasty surprises. Need to check with Esteban. Perhaps he will cut me in on some intraday data. Trouble is I probably wouldn't know what to do with it. Doug owes me two T/As. Saving them for about a week more. All of a sudden trading the Market doesn't seem like stealing anymore. Gonna mix me another MJ and cogitate some more, OH
