I think reply #4066 was talking about this. Anyone else have personal experience with this event?

I remember reading a few months ago in Time Magazine that if someone had put $3,000 in ORCL in 1990 (presumably after the tumble) it would be worth over $1 million today. Ok, well, not TODAY, but I think this might be the exact same kind of opportunity.

I wouldn't mind being a millionaire in 2004 because of my tiny little purchase today.
