JAG,
There's more smoke on this thread than is coming from SIII. A lot of ifs, maybes, etc. Someone said they(SIII) might be tight lipped due to counsel from counsel. I would certainly like to see a post from someone who has sat down with GJ or one of the BOD and got the word from the horse's mouth as to what "went/is going" on. Short of that
the naysayers and doomsday predictors can go find that other stock thats so much better. Any of us that are long could just as easy, with as much validity, say that 4Q revenues may just balance the prior Q's losses and that the negotiations with !$@#$!) will more than make up for any lawsuit action when the deal closes, and when they announce the new x-generation product in 27-30 days that.......

just a different flavor of smoke.

George,
Chin up! NEVER downward.

JP

"Onward" and upward....soon I hope.

Jag:
I agree with you that they must be the shorters who want to drive the stocks further for their profit. The trends are that the share holders sue the companies when they lost money and praise the companies when they made money. Look at the number of law suits against companies like shva, 3com, seac, ... and now siii. Not a surprise, the lawyers are calling every share holders who lose money to sue. Soon, they will sue even when they make money but not enough money.

Shva survives, so will siii.

Best wishes,
Joe
