They have an updated WHO IS WHO AT AGISS

Dr. Mariusz Rybak, Chairman of the Board and CEO, is the head of a group of
companies that includes Agiss Corporation, Advanced Environmental Solutions Inc. and
CPAD Technologies Inc. Through Agiss Corporation, Dr. Rybak coordinates strategic
planning, development and implementation of corporate structuring and strategies for
Agiss Software. He is primarily responsible for identifying and investigating potential
acquisitions to add to the Agiss stable. Dr. Rybak holds a Ph.D. environmental
engineering from the Institute of Hydrobiology and Water Conservation in his native
country, Poland.

Geez, you don't think that any of the banks and other corporations mentioned here would have code that needs to be made year 2000 compliant do you ? Oh well, I guess we just have to stay tuned.

Scott Feagan, President and Chief Operating Officer, was the founder of Agiss Power
Technologies Corporation, the company that would evolve into Agiss Software, and was
president of CPAD Technologies Inc. Mr. Feagan has over 25 years of experience in
senior management. From 1980 to 1990, he held various positions at Honeywell, a
Canadian secure systems integration business, including Director of Systems
Integration. He achieved sales of over $60 million during his tenure. Mr. Feagan studied
Computer Science at the University of Western Ontario, where he completed the EMP
program at the School of Business in 1988.

Andy A. Rybak, Vice Chairman and Executive Vice-President, brings 25 years of
international and sales and marketing experience to Agiss. Previously Executive
Vice-President of CPAD, he provides corporate direction to all aspects of marketing,
communications, as well as domestic and international sales. While at CPAD he devised
the company's international sales and distribution network and opened the doors to Asia
by forming an alliance with Itochu Corporation of Japan. Mr. Rybak obtained a Master's
degree in Economics from Gdansk University in Poland, and is an alumni of the INSEAD
School of Management, International Marketing Program in France.

A. D. (Sandy) McQuarrie, Senior Vice-President of Operations, was Vice-President of
CPAD Technologies and Vice-President of Business Development at Agiss Power
Technologies before joining Agiss Software. Mr. McQuarrie oversees delivery of
REMEDY2000 services to Agiss clients and began working with defense technology
systems while serving in the Canadian Military
. He is an honors graduate of the
Canadian Army Command and Staff College, the Canadian Forces Command and Staff
College, and the NATO Defense College.

Francois Hubert, Vice-President Business Development, was until recently a Senior
Executive with the Government of Canada. He brings over 23 years of Informatics
experience, most recently as Director of Informatics Procurement with Public Works and
Government Services Canada.
Prior to joining the Federal Government, Mr. Hubert
worked for IBM as a Systems Analyst for 8 years. A graduate of Laval University where
he obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in 1973, Mr. Hubert was a Chairperson of
an international committee on IT Reform for the 90¡sŒ, which lead to the formulation of a
concept entitled Common Purpose ProcurementŒ, which is being used worldwide in large
IT projects.

Al Scullion, Director Technology, is Director of Technology for Year 2000 Services. Mr.
Scullion was most recently with the Government of Canada with over 20 years experience,
during which time he fulfilled various managerial jobs with Transport Canada, Treasury
Board Secretariat, and more recently, Statistics Canada, as Director Financial Policies and
Systems.
He is a graduate of Concordia University¡s MBA program and successfully
completed a Computer Science degree in 1975. He has lead complex technology projects
on mainframe and client/server environments and is experienced in developing
communications networks on large enterprise-wide systems.

Darlene Nielsen Downey, Treasurer (Agiss Software), was previously Vice-President,
Finance and Administration at CPAD and now applies her eight years of corporate
accounting experience to Agiss Software. She served as Manager of Corporate
Accounting for a national real estate company and worked at KPMG Peat Marwick
Thorne with clients in a wide range of industries.
