What I want to see is an expert system for diagnosis (think IBM Watson technology) that has the legal authority to prescribe medication, and I sign a waiver that I'll accept the risk. That could cover a very large fraction of medical visits, but excluding invasive procedures for now. The latter would be the next step, and of course portions of that are already here (Intuitive Surgical comes to mind).

Healthcare will eventually be quite cheap, but the current model of providing it will have to go. Unfortunately ACA is all about how to feed the current beast, rather than replacing the current beast with something better and cheaper.
