Thomas,

Oracle for the long-term? Yes - maybe! Just remember that Oracle shareholders are not, in my view, and has happens constantly, getting the complete story. Oracle management is, in my experience, likely to be quite aware of material facts which quite possibly are not being disclosed. There is always the possibility that another shoe may drop. Watch insider sales. Look for management changes, hiring and firings at upper levels, changes in professional firms (attorneys and cpa's) etc. These are all indicators that management wants to be surrounded by yes men that sing out of their hymn book. I wouldn't touch Oracle with a ten foot pole at this time. Wait until the dust settles and see what happens.
