I looked into this a while back and found that there were thousands of inferior surgeons who were grandfathered into the certification system. What good is that for us patients? Paul is trying to do something about it. Now, I know you hate Rand Paul, but I do think you should get all the facts before coming to conclusions about his worthiness as a surgeon or about the problem he is trying to correct.
