I have heard of some insurance companies doing things like that. I knew someone who worked at CNA headquarters in Chicago back in the 80s-90s, they had some amazingly forward thinking policies. Not only on-site daycare, but nursing rooms for mothers who were employees, gave them time off to pump or to nurse. They knew that statistics on breast-fed babies vs. formula fed babies, and knew that that was a worth while trade-off. And annual physicals that were paid for by the company.

I think Obamacare makes annual physicals standard. The problem, though, will be finding enough doctors to do them. Medical schools do a great job of keeping the number of doctors down.
