Who is going to pay for it all? According to the sources here, it will be the young and healthy that have gotten by without any health care who will have to pay. So charge the kids for the older folk. Mot sure they will be happy doing this? Not sure they will do it?

As time goes by it is becoming increasingly evident that the ACA as set up is anything but straight forward. It is convoluted and hard to understand. I'm inclined to agree that it is going to get increasingly contentious. Maybe Hillary can fix it?

"The problem is the ACA is clearly becoming a very major dispenser of pork"

Your "pork" is my life, as a person with a pre-existing condition.

Those 5% whose rates are going up substantially and policies being cancelled do have the argument that they were specifically told/promised they could keep their insurance and these other groups do not. As I've said previously the political liability for this will extend far into 2014 and that is the main reason the Dems need to deal with this.
