Christie will be a target for the Tea Partiers and their champions. It'll be very interesting to see him navigate the (R) primaries. He's a much smarter pol than Romney was, and his challenge will be to win the TP vote after beating their favorites. From what I read on conservative threads here, they feel twice burned by McCain and then Romney, and are vowing to never vote for another RINO. Can Christie emerge without the RINO label and still win independents? That's his challenge.
