The boiling point is 212 degrees Fahrenheit, or 100 degrees Celcius. My morning coffee isn't even that hot.

Steven Chu is a politician. He's paid now to make such ludicrous statements. None of it has any value scientifically, except to attract more tax dollars into research and big government programs.
