Fleming v. Nestor is the KEY case I ALWAYS cite. It's a bombshell and people don't have a clue that SS is just a part of your income tax up to a very high level of income, nothing more, nothing less that is separated from your regular income tax to FOOL YOU.

Seems to me that if the Govt tries to increase the taxes on some activity, which essentially bans that activity, that type of stuff of found to be unconstitutional historically. So let's say the income taxes of say 50%, if that is proven to ban work and productivity, then it seems to me the income tax at certain levels is not Constitutional. The income tax was LIED into LAW and came with the Federal Reserve unlimited bucket of borrowing in order for MORONS to try to rule the World. Now it didn't work and the money has run out. WILSON was a TOTAL FOOL.
