SeaTac, Washington voted yesterday to raise the minimum wage from $9.19 to $15 dollars an hour.

I guess its safe to say that the majority of voters are NOT small business owners. All they are likely to accomplish is push the unemployment a few points higher - and that's among people who really need jobs.

Legislating, or even "democratically" voting in prosperity - will not work.

So much for moderately priced food at the airport.

A burrito at Qdoba will be $8.50 now.

(when I have time between flights, I prefer a Caesar salad, clam chowder and beer at Anthony's).
