The botched launch of Obamacare clearly shows the low grade of human intelligence at the governmental level. Sebellius et al just doesn't have the brains to do it. Had someone like Google or Facebook even Microsoft been in charge I suspect the website would have gone off with very few glitches.

Military Industrial Complex costs us over $1Trillion a year. Basically everything affiliated with the VA, plus Homeland Security and interest on wars the biggest components not factored into DOD.
