Hi Louis,

My posted "call" on ORCL moving higher from here was only a response to post 4083. Take a look at the post. But, looking the chart, the head and shoulder pattern has a measured move to this area, 21-24. The previous head and shoulder which topped in late 1996 also has support in that 24 area. There are several key lows at around 24, and going back only two years ago there is a previous top at 24. With all that congestion in this price area, and the fact that the price stopped falling at that level indicates to me that the stock is worth buying for the next buying cycle at this level. Even if it trades a bit lower, I still expect it to move higher from this level.
