My feeling is that short term ALSC still has some down side risk. Looks like we may test below $5 if we can't sustain above $5-1/2. Since $5 is the limit for margin requirement, we will see some heavy margin related sellings starting in low $5, lasting into high $4 range. After that, the selling presure should finally dry up. The problem is that ALSC will drop out of the radar screen, therefore no institution will follow it at that price level any more. It will take some really good qtrly earning figures to bring back ALSC. That's very unfortunate!

Patrick, I think JV1 will indeed go public as planned.
