Congratulations on beating the ticket, and thank you for the compliments. However I deserve no more credit then every other poster, here, on AOL or other chat lines, and all the concerned shareholders who wrote and called the company to express their feelings. The real credit goes to the people in the trenches, Legere, Santoro, Lobo and the Peregrine people, Lippman... etc. Bronx cheers goes to Stone and Shepard who for years said this was about a more humane way to treat cancer but failed to move the company forward in a meaning full way. In fact they impeeded the companies progress by failing to move aside when it should have been apparent that they couldn't do the job. In a private company they would have been gone along time ago. And a Bronx cheer to the FDA, too, whose concern for safety dictates that terminally ill patients have to suffer horrible deaths instead of being able to try experimental therapies that might work.
