That would do wonders for the housing market...

Speaking of which, did you see the new trend in real estate? Seems that buying up foreclosed houses for rentals is a booming business. So much so that Wall street is getting involved by bundling up bunches of these rentals and selling them off as rental based securities. Because that then frees up the money, the investors can buy more properties. It apparently is a big reason why housing prices are recovering. Apparently the demand for these properties is so high that builders are starting to build houses strictly for this market...

The implications of that leave me in awe...
