Whether an act of creation or an act of destruction turns out to be better or worse for society, that is all determined by market forces.

Finally, you admit the sign (+/-) is context dependent

But when you decide for others that an act of vandalism or destruction was necessary to stimulate economic activity, then not only are you are taking the place of the invisible hand, but you are actually encouraging destruction and "make-work" projects just for the sake of circulating money.

IMHO, the "invisibile hand of the market" or someone forcing something is not relevant to the particulars of whether an actions might be +/-. If both approaches do the same action, its the action which counts, not the motivation.
