Again, nobody is claiming that this is always the case, and in particular in all magnitudes. The point remains that in SOME circumstances, what would NORMALLY be considered destructive, can in fact become CONSTRUCTIVE.

If you are an Austrian fan you should already embrace that via their notion of business cycles. They see creativity in destruction of existing businesses giving birth to innovation.

I'm not proposing anything strange. Its all around you.
