If you spend your $ on housing when we are coming out of a housing recession you help expand the economy. You were always one of the smarter people on SI. Impartial to the ideological bullshit of most here. We called the ownership society the scam that it was when everybody was caught up in that 8-9 years ago. When everyone was doom and gloom thought the world was coming to an end in 2009 we said it was time to buy, buy, buy save the country from great depression 2. Not crazy about this WS hot money juiced by QE artificially lifting housing but it is what it is. The window for me will close yet again probably within another couple of years.This will end badly once again without real growth in incomes from the middle out..
