I've been warning about the public mood for over a year. The environment was fully known and therefore a factor to be considered by management on whether to submit themselves to a jury trial or not. By extension, the company's success or failure can be judged on that factor. FAIL. I continue to see Stockholm syndrome posting on this and other forums and frankly it's pathetic. I've seen zero evidence of hard questions being asked/answered and it looks to me like business as usual mentality, in spite of overwhelming evidence that the business model is irreparably broken....
