Bill: Just for the heck of it I typed in the ftp address and it prompted me to save a file. So if that was the goal to get to setupfrench.exe and download it, it worked for me. Perhaps you typed the address incorrectly. Clinton

I don't know what to tell you, all of the links work just fine. For any one who is interested, there is a Executive Stock Option simulator recently posted. It values this popular form of executive compensation by using the Jennergren and Naslund (1993) adjustment to the traditional Black Scholes' formula to take into account the fact that employees or executives often lose their options if they have to leave the company before expiration.
