That is my formula, not Equis. The metastock function is the old classic 12,26,9 allowing a change of the 9. I don't want any lines. I want the visual buy on cross above 0, sell on cross down.

I see QP showing both methods in one plot. I wish my Histogram wasn't such a dull color to make them standout.

By the way, the difference between the first two is the price oscillator.

and a histogram? Or just one line and the histogram?


by default you only get one or the other but, nothing is stopping
you from putting the same indicator down twice and displaying it in
different formats to give the the quotes-plus type display. This is
one of the definite strengths of MSWIN.
