Chauncey:

There is a language barrier as the financier does not speak English.

Is that how they got the financier's money... Kind of like Manhattan for some trinkets. (LOL)

Just kidding guys... ;-)

What was the share count you were given. Did the office manager tell you when they finally came up with the correct number ?

Dear Carlton Byrd---------

Just to let you know in case you missed it, the Wall St Journal today stated that the NASD is meeting on Thursday this week. The purpose of the meeting is to establish the list of all companies on the bulletin board to be delisted for lack of current financial data. Guess what!
OVIS/RMIL does not have current financials. As a matter of fact they have not had certified audits for the last three years. Soooo, without a doubt RMIL will be one of the first to be delisted. Good Luck! Sounds like it's time to get some money out of your stock before the delisting begins.

Over 3000 bulletin board companies will be delisted.
