Unless you have already an account with an to be converted thrift, you can't get shares at the IPO price. You would have to buy in the aftermarket and then gains would have been far less impressive.
OPAP was mentioned in passing. I didn't figure it out. Congrats to those who did.

FWIW, i agree with you on CLBC - the stock is not cheap enough at 0.8x book considering their track record. i'd rather buy OVLY at 1 x tangible book but with much better metrics. I also own FRFC around 30$ (very illiquid, but impressive profitability for a small ~200M$ size bank) - they are in track to earn ~4.5$/share.
