As posted I thought the projections were not realistic. APL warned in lowered guidance 2 times now and stock price has taken a large hit. It will take about 2 years to digest this foolish purchase and risk level raised.
Not a good risk reward although that may be different in 15 months if they can improve debt metrics.
Company has proven decent operators and terrible purchasers.
