Maybe NSM is hiding some of their results in the Cyrix charges. I'm only half serious, but it's possible.

Kash, Your numbers look correct. I was also assuming an MX cost in the high $70s. Like you said, it doesn't add up. Accounting trick or IBM is charging A LOT for those MX wafers? Either way, I don't think we will be able to find out for sure.

Another thing that I am puzzled by is the revenue drop from $90+ (Cyrix Q3) to less than $80M. Is the charge on top of the NSM recognized revenue reduction?

I didn't quite get the explanation of the revenue drop in the conference call.
