They claim that the police are unfairly targeting Blacks due to racial discrimination and bigotry. In response, the authorities consent to reduce the police presence. Consequently, violent crime explodes again and black-on-black murders skyrocket. The same civil rights leaders quickly charge racism once again! This time, they claim that if the crime-ridden Black neighborhoods were White neighborhoods, there would be a stronger police presence. They further assert that the absence of a strong police presence in the Black neighborhoods is indicative of racial discrimination against Blacks. We see this pattern of ill-fated circular logic over and over again. For example, when Blacks are denied admission to college due to the fact that they are not qualified to attend, the school is charged with racism! Then, when the college caves in and admits more Blacks, most of them predictably fail out and racism is charged all over again! This time, the excuse is "predatory admissions". No matter what the issue is, Black civil rights "leaders" always play both sides of issue. If Blacks don't get their way, it's racism. Then, when Blacks do get their way, it's racism again, but for a different reason. Wouldn't they fare better in Africa, unencumbered by the White man's rules, laws, and all of this horrible racism that keeps them down?
