Yes, that's true. The basis of the report, though, is a community of many global scientists, who would like something to be done by politicians to combat something they are very worried about. Anyway, truth is I'm not much into this debate. There are two very opposite sides and neither is willing to listen nor negotiate. It's like an atheist and a religious fanatic having a debate. No minds will be changed. So what's the point of the debate? I prefer to talk about the economy. That's far more interesting to me.
