<Isn't there supposed to be a vote in the Utah legislature on Dec. 15
re. regulatory approval of the Class V well? Won't this move the
stock?>
With all due respect Sam, that date was never stated anywhere for the legislature vote. False expectations, it does us in every time. Dec 15 is a TENTATIVE REPEAT TENTATIVE date that the Director of the Division of Environmental Quality was to make his recommendations concerning Envirotec. This is the first well ever reviewed (to my knowledge), it is the holiday season, this is a government agency we are talking about. If a recommendation is not announced on Dec 15, the sun will rise in the East on the morning of the 16th and life will go on.

Everyone wants to know why the squeeze hasn't happened. We got people who are petrified because Franco has not posted, because David Smith/Isaacs has not posted, because first time financials aren't released immediately, and so on and so on. Selling into shorters who need to cover is like squeezing toothpaste with a hula hoop. It ain't gonna happen.

EnviroTec decision may not get announced until after the first of the year or it may get announced next week, who knows. Panic is Shorty's ally and our worst fear.

Example: Oracle misses earnings by 4 pennies, 40 million dollars, one quarter, and the market shaves nearly 10 billion dollars off its market cap. Does anyone really believe Oracle is only worth two thirds of what it was yesterday?

BTW, the Legislature would not address the topic until February, at the earliest.

Stay long and prosper
