Tony, banished to the Pink Sheets I don't believe that it will stay their for long as their unaudited earnings so far have been excellent. They would stay on Pink Sheets as long as they were not filing with SEC.. it doesnt matter if they reported $3.00 next Quarter.. its not a matter of earnings, its a matter of proper regulation. Once again, Im restating I do not know how soon this NASDAQ regulation will take effect if passed Thursday.. only speculating from the sound of it on CNBC, it didnt sound like a long period of time. As for will it speed up the process for FAMH, I hope so. But once again Im not sure what is involved in the process and if it can be sped up. I would like Ira to give a solid date (plus or minus a week or two) when they expect to be completed with this process. Its so vague now. "sometime early next year" or "January or February" just isnt comfortable with this new development. At least for me...
