No U of A here..... a drop out from a private college in PA. I wanted to be like Bill gates but couldn't come up with a window that wasn't made out of glass and could repeatedly crash and be fixed with a mere reboot ;-) That was my point in mentioning the shares. You can start with 1000 with cheaper incorporation costs then when you get things going issue as many as you want, as CKCM (or whatever that diamond company's symbol was) proved so well by issuing billions of shares.
